Each island in Indonesia has its own unique attractions depending on the geographical and cultural conditions of the area. Here are Indonesia's worldwide attractions.


1. Jomblang Cave

Jomblang Cave is one of Indonesia's attractions. Goa Jomblang is one of the iconic tours in Central Java. You will be invited down to the bowels of the earth as deep as 80 meters. The descent is arguably challenging, the portal is not down by the stairs but rather a single-rope technique with complete security. Not only that, what makes this place so known in the world is the entry and fall of sunlight from cracks and cave holes that create amazing natural beauty.


2. Borobudur Temple

The splendor and history of the Borobudur Temple have been known to the world for a long time. UNESCO even established Borobudur as a World Heritage in 1991 and the temple was one of the Earth’s Greatest Wonder. You can visit it before dawn to witness the other side of the beauty of Borobudur.


3. Prambanan Temple

4. Ijen Crater

Shifting to East Java, the crater in Banyuwangi is indeed something to see. In addition to the beauty of the crater, Ijen Crater is known for the natural phenomenon of Blue Fire which can only be seen at night. The phenomenon of blue fire is only available in two countries in the world: Iceland and Indonesia.


5. Mount Bromo

The splendor of Mount Bromo top clouds makes it one of Indonesia's best attractions. People call the place as “The Land on the Clouds”, the view of Bromo is so breath taking. Apart from seeing the magnificent mountain Bromo from a height, you can also see the Bromo crater.

10. Labuan Bajo & Komodo Island

One of the best diving spot in the world: Derawan Islands! You can swim with freshwater jellyfish in Kakaban Island. You can go diving to see whale sharks and greatly preserved coral reefs.


16. Wakatobi

The underwater beauty of Wakatobi makes it a worldwide destination. The most iconic destination in Sulawesi is famous for its underwater beauty and marine creatures. The name Wakatobi is taken from the names of four island clusters, namely Wangi-wangi, Kaledupa, Tomia, and Binongko.
